it is mentioned for the first time in 1553 this building in the green vineyards of Trentino was built at the behest of Count Nicholas Lodron.
Palazzo Lodron has always been the residence of the Lodron family, at level art history it is a very significant building . He is remembered mostly for being the seat of the tribunal of the Inquisition in the witch trials . Apart from the main entrance there is a beautiful cherry garden a beautiful fountain with lion holding the motto Fortitude . Above the entrance of the palace a limestone statue representing an imperial officer in armor. Is defended on three sides by a wall into the valley with towers at the corners , and the driveway is between two towers with lugs and slots . This building is now used for weddings, music festivals and events. At the center of the building there is the judgment hall where the witch trials were held in the dining room we can admire a fresco on the ceiling of the sixteenth century, surrounded by an oval frame with stucco . Also in this room there is a large table for 16 people , chests of drawers and a large wardrobe . In the living room floor is the original and there is a tiled stove in the seventeenth century.
