Basilica di San Luigi
The church of St. Louis was built by the Jesuits in 168, the same period of the nearby Jesuit college, for the beatification of Luigi Gonzaga, brother of the then ruler Francis became Basilica in 1964 by Pope Paul VI.
The initial design was the Jesuit-year periods Luca di Salò while, when they were resumed work after a long break, the presbytery was rebuilt to a design by Paul Soratino of Lonato, was then elevated the dome and place the new marble altar with shovel San Antonio Luigi Balestra and, within this response is the relic of St. Louis since 1679. A fine organ built by Gerolamo Bonatti Desenzano dated 1794.
