Alto Garda e basso Sarca

The Upper Garda lake area coincides with the area which is located in the Trentino and includes among its cities also Arco and Riva del Garda, two of the most populated towns in the province of Trento. Then there is the town of Nago-Torbole, Dro and Drena, these well-known for the cultivation of plums. In the lower valley of the Sarca within the territory and characterized by the lower altitude of Trentino, runs the final stretch of the river Sarca, which together with the small lake of Tenno wet area. The gentle ups and downs of this valley makes it popular venue for cycling tours.
The territory of the Upper Garda lake and Lower Sarca connects to the west with the Ledro Valley, east of Val Gresta and Vallagarina going to border on the south by the provinces of Brescia and Verona; is bordered by massive Bondone Stivo-east, the mountain range of Mount Pichea-Tofino-Doss of cake to the west and to the north by the Misone closed and the farmhouse.
