Chiesa dei SS.Faustino e Giovita
The church of SS. Faustino and Jovita seems to have originated prior to the year one thousand, as part of some possessions in the area of Fasano from the monastery of San Faustino greater in Brescia. Here it seems there was a core group of religious people who took care of the church in those days that you do not have any reliable information, the first documents date back to the fifteenth century, the parish archive, which attest to the start of construction work of ‘altar to the Holy Trinity and the beginning of a historical documentation of the building, between these states that in 16 the church had a tiled floor with several tombstones of local nobles and, under the presbytery, which houses the crypt with the tombs of priests. Another important change is the construction of the nice side porch, which looks like it was designed to cover what was once the cemetery surrounding the church and the faithful before and after the services.
