Chiesa di San Bernardo
The church of San Bernardo is located in Serniga, a small village of Salo whose farmers are turning to San Bernardo to ask for her protection. A recently joined this church was the Church of St. Bartholomew and currently dependent on the Church of Santa Maria Annunziata of Salò.
From 1717 two blades Bertanza dating back to 162 adorn their altars: the Immaculate Conception and the Madonna of the Rosary, the latter now in poor condition.
We find the statue of the Madonna and child in a third altar, and a small baptistery decorated with a painting representing the baptism of Jesus in the Jordan which, however, was then moved to the Chapel of the Baptistery of the Cathedral of Salò, as well as other works for security reasons.
