House Predaroli
Architectural elements of the XV-XVI-XVII centuries that characterize the buildings of the historical center of Montichiari
House Predaroli (XV century) : On the ancient main street of Montichiari, the one that crosses the whole historic core of the village, hidden behind a curtain of common houses, stands this little gem of a house, in need of restoration. It is of the usual scheme, but it is compact, well defined. The portico of three spans with arches in the center with columns of stone with leafy capitals (note the particular of the low-relief palm between leaf and leaf). Spontaneously, I would say, on the upper floor the arches are doubled with columns and capitals equal but simple.
