Palace Mazzucchelli
Palace Mazzucchelli, now seat of the institute Maria Immacolata, was built in the second half of the eighteenth century, has neoclassical forms and a large garden.
Palace Mazzucchelli It is located in the old part south of the center of the country, here Umberto King of Italy stayed twice during his military maneuvers, the first in 1878 and the second in 1890; also Maria Luigia wife of Napoleone Bonaparte was hosted in this palace and always here Napoleon III and Vittorio Emanuele II met to define the military plans on the eve of the battle of Solferino and San Martino. In 1852 the villa was sold by Mazzucchelli to Gaetano Bonori.
