Villa La Bagatta
The villa is located between Lazise and the hamlet of Pacengo, remains in an elevated position overlooking the lake and takes its name from the first owners.
Villa La Bagatta it belonged first to the homonymous family, then to the Murari della Corte Brà, to the Poggi family and finally to the Kriegg family. The building has a structure that recalls the oriental forms desired by Girolamo Murari della Corte Brà, two towers, a decoration and pinnacles have been added to the main building, which make the appearance less severe, with Arabian references. On the outside the original coloration consisted of horizontal bands of two colors, as was customary in the Middle Ages of Verona. A beautiful meadow gently descends towards the lake closed at the sides by various trees and large cedars of the Lebanon.
