Villa Montinghel
It is located in an isolated position in the fields in the immediate hinterland of Lazise, between Colà and the lake, you can reach it from the north along a long avenue of olive trees and vines
Villa Montinghel is a simple and severe manor house on the back of which opens the rustic court, dominated by a sixteenth-century quadrangular watchtower and with an intact rural style characteristic of the nineteenth century. It includes the manor house, the farmer’s house, the stables, the porticoes for the machinery of the fields, the haylofts, a pavilion and in the pebbled farmyard surrounded by stone planks, in a central position, there is the circular well for the water supply and watering point for the animals. Inside, in the tower, there is a living room with a beautiful vaulted vaulted ceiling of the sixteenth century, refined by a floral decoration of the late nineteenth century; a music room with ceilings decorated with grisaille.
